Linda Delamotte is the Managing Director of Your Home Care, a company that provides support in the home to adults and children with complex care needs.
Since establishing the company 7 years ago Linda has managed incredible growth in Your Home Care, and can see the difference she is making to her client’s lives. Your Home Care currently employs 55 staff and delivers services across South East Qld.

Joanne Desmond has been presenting news in regional Queensland for more than 20 years. She currently reads 7 News each weeknight for the Cairns, Townsville, Rockhampton and Toowoomba regions, as well as presents nightly updates throughout QLD region.
Jo has enjoyed a long media career, beginning as a journalist on radio and newspapers, before moving into television and working throughout regional newsrooms in New South Wales, Townsville and the Sunshine Coast.
She has worked alongside well-known news presenters including Bruce Paige, Tony Murphy and Rob Brough throughout her career.
Jo also dedicates time to many charities, most notably The Salvation Army and Ronald McDonald House, where she is a spokesperson and emcees many fundraising events throughout the year.
She also enjoys hosting Fashions on the Field each year at the highly regarded Cairns Amateurs Race Carnival and the Sunshine Coast Business Awards, among many other events.
Jo is married to husband John and has 4 boys, ranging in age from 11 to 19 years old.
Katie Toney has worked across Queensland since joining 7 News as an intern in 2005. She has reported on everything from crime, court and natural disasters to 100th birthday parties and skydiving grannies. Katie loves the adrenaline of live television but also the intimacy of local news. As a farmer’s daughter Katie has a passion for rural affairs and the interests of regional communities. She’s the 2016 USC Alumni of the year award winner for regional achievement. Katie is a passionate advocate for the importance of quality, accessible local news. She works to promote equal opportunities for rural students and for mums juggling family and career. Katie has settled on the Sunshine Coast with her cameraman husband and their two young children.
Rachael is a passionate, driven, professional who easily builds rapport and lasting relationships with people from all walks of life. She has extensive experience in the finance, construction and not for prof it sector.
Her commitment to clients has always been to listen to their priorities, find long-term holistic solutions and deliver in an empathetic and supportive manner.

Joanne Wilson is a Sunshine Coast professional Counsellor and Neuropsychotherapist. She is the feature relationships columnist for the Sunshine Coast Daily, weekly radio guest for Salt 106.5 and enjoys inspiring the community through guest speaking invitations and producing her own books.
Joanne has over twenty-five years’ experience as a worker or volunteer in the community, services and health industry. With a broad life experience, training in Asia, and a diverse work experience across Australia, she has refined the practise of being a non-judgemental and highly regarded practitioner.
With caring, compassion and patience she has been acknowledged as a respected Counsellor on the Sunshine Coast with a balanced career along-side motherhood and community contributions.
Amy Ratcliffe is a born and bred Sunshine Coaster & loves nothing more than shining the spotlight on successful businesses & individuals in the region. Amy’s role at the Caloundra Chamber of Commerce afforded her the opportunity to meet amazing people every day & this exposure led to her receiving board positions for both the Sunshine Coast Business Women’s Network & the Caloundra Regional Gallery. Amy is passionate about business, empowering women, being the best version of yourself & making sure that the Sunshine Coast becomes a destination of choice for entrepreneurs not just for its lifestyle but also for its nurturing and supportive business environment.
Amy’s current position is as the Operations & Marketing Manager of McGrath Estate Agents Caloundra where Amy is charged with inspiring and supporting this values-led business to achieve greatness in the region. Outside of the business world Amy loves exploring the Caloundra beaches, sharing memories with loved ones & going to the movies solo (no sharing popcorn)!
Melanie knew she wanted to be an accountant when she was only 8 years old. She had experienced first hand the financial stress and worry her parents went through running a small business and how much relief they gained from their competent accountant.
So ambitious and dedicated was she that she became a Partner in a mid-size Accounting Firm by age 25. Today, as a director of MJJ, she loves working closely with local businesses and individuals to help them achieve their personal, business and lifestyle goals.
Her passion is to educate her clients so they can learn the necessary skills and disciplines to achieve financial success. With this passion, Melanie takes extreme pride, care and consideration in harnessing her skills and experience to help all her clients achieve their goals by taking the time to understand their current position and then giving them the tools to be a success.
Currently Head of Industry Development within the Economic Development Branch at Sunshine Coast Council, Anne’s role is to help foster and grow Sunshine Coast’s priority industry sectors, called High Value Industries, alongside a range partners across the business community. Anne has a particular focus on innovation and entrepreneurship as well as the digital economy.
Prior to joining Council Anne has held a variety of roles including Group Manager for Marketing and Business Development for a CSIRO international joint venture, a former Board member for Tourism Noosa, former lecturer at USC, through to owning her own businesses including a grafted grape vine nursery in South Australia and a coworking business centre called Noosa Boardroom.
Jennifer has more than 20 years in marketing and communications in the financial services sector. Seeking a change that would challenge her love of the creative, Jennifer studied Interior Design and in 2004 started her own business, specialising in the renovation of waterfront homes in Sydney.
In 2010 Jennifer and her family relocated to the Sunshine Coast in search of a lifestyle that would accommodate their horses and to be closer to family. Jennifer enjoyed roles at Schultz Toomey O’Brien Lawyers, Wishlist and Ray White Commercial before deciding to seek greater variety by starting her own business – Sunshine Coast Concierge Services.
Jennifer identified that many of us are time poor and the idea behind Sunshine Coast Concierge Services is that they will the things you don’t want or have time to do in your business – freeing you up to get on with running it. Jennifer is well known and respected for getting things done.
