The Inspiring Women to Work program provides an in-depth, personalised approach to helping women examine their career aspirations, develop their skills, and make the next move into their new career. Throughout the program you will gain valuable job preparation and employability skills, participate in a fitness and wellbeing program, be inspired by local business women, and complete a Certificate III in Business with a focus upon information and communication technology.

Job Preparation & Foundation Skills

With our job preparation and employability skills training you will develop important skills in assisting you to secure and keep your dream job. This component of the program focusses upon enhancing self-esteem, motivation, communication, teamwork, personal styling, and computer literacy. These are critical aspects that all employers look for in their staff, and help you to put your best foot forward.

Fitness & Wellbeing

Being physically fit and feeling healthy is an important part of having a positive outlook on your life and your career. We provide a personalised fitness assessment, and deliver a fitness program designed to increase general health and flexibility in small, supportive groups.

Inspire Workshops

Be inspired by our mentors as they present a series of inspirational workshops designed to motivate you and provide practical steps to reach your personal and professional goals. Mentors will share their personal journeys and expertise in relation to their specialised field, as well as personal development, professional development, health and wellbeing, and inspirational topics.

Certificate III in Business

Participants will gain a Certificate III in Business which is a nationally recognised qualification, along with specialised content in digital technology and computer skills. This qualification has been specifically designed to meet the needs of local businesses who are looking for skilled administration and business support staff.

  • Maintaining financial records
  • Creating presentations
  • Creating text documents
  • Creating spreadsheets
